Grand Dunman Virtual Tour
360° Views Of The Grand Dunman Show Units
Six tours are available on this page: the showflat gallery, an aerial view of the site and its surroundings, and four show units, the 2 Bedroom + Study, the 3 Bedroom + Study (Luxury), the 4 Bedroom (Luxury) and the 5 Bedroom (Grand). They are hosted externally and open in a new tab.
The four unit tours record the sales gallery, which has since closed now that Grand Dunman is completed and viewing has moved into the finished blocks. They remain the most detailed record of the fit-out. What they show well is the specification: the countertop and backsplash material, the appliance and sanitary brands, the cabinetry, and how much room the kitchen and walkway arrangements actually leave. Because the four cover three different fittings tiers, the step between them is visible rather than described.
Click around to explore the spaces. For dimensions and every layout in the development see the Floor Plan page, and to walk a completed unit rather than a gallery mock-up, arrange a viewing.
Showflat Gallery and Aerial View
The aerial tour is a single fixed vantage point above and outside the blocks. It is useful for reading the site’s setting, the Geylang River along the western edge, the low-rise landed enclave to the south and Dunman Road to the north, and for seeing how the seven blocks sit relative to each other. It cannot show what any particular home looks out on, because that depends on the stack and the level.
Virtual Tour of Various Showflat Units
2 Bedroom + Study, Type 2BR S1, 775 sqft. One of four layouts in a 137-unit band, in stacks 47, 54, 55 and 62. Two bathrooms, a dumb-bell plan, and a study that can potentially be converted into an ensuite bedroom. This is the Standard Finishes tier: a De Dietrich induction hob and hood, a De Dietrich microwave oven, a 325L Samsung fridge and a Samsung washer cum dryer.
3 Bedroom + Study (Luxury), Type 3BR LS, 1,119 sqft. The only layout in its 103-unit band, in stacks 14, 27, 35, 41, 48 and 61. It is drawn with a household shelter, a yard and a separate WC, none of which the plain 3 Bedroom layouts have. Luxury Finishes: a De Dietrich gas hob and a separate De Dietrich oven, and a 436L Samsung fridge.
4 Bedroom (Luxury), Type 4BR L, 1,432 sqft. One of two layouts in an 87-unit band, in stacks 32, 44 and 56. Three bathrooms plus a WC, a private lift opening into its own lobby, and a separate dry kitchen with room for an eight-seater round table. Luxury Finishes with the 617L fridge and a Vintec wine chiller, neither of which the other 4 Bedroom layout receives.
5 Bedroom (Grand), Type 5BR G2, 2,131 sqft. One of two layouts in a 34-unit band, in Block 2 stack 05. Four bathrooms plus a powder room and a WC, a walk-in wardrobe off the master, his-and-hers sinks in the master bath, a household shelter and a store. Grand Finishes: marble in the living and dining area, a full Miele kitchen including a dishwasher, a separate Samsung freezer and fridge, and a steam room in the master bathroom.
The step between the tiers is the thing to watch for. Move from the 2 Bedroom + Study to the 3 Bedroom + Study and the hob changes from induction to gas and a real oven appears in place of the microwave. Move again to the 5 Bedroom (Grand) and the flooring changes from porcelain to marble and the kitchen becomes Miele throughout. That progression is easier to see in a 360 view than to read in a table.
What is not shown. Eleven of the fifteen price bands have no tour, including every 1 Bedroom layout, both Dual Key types and all eight Penthouse layouts. The Dual Key plans in particular are genuinely different arrangements rather than size variations, and the Penthouses carry a double-volume living and dining space that no tour here depicts. Every layout in the development is on the Floor Plan page, and stack-by-stack view orientation is in the Buyer’s Guide.
See the Units in Person
Now that Grand Dunman is completed, a viewing is of an actual unit in a finished block rather than a gallery mock-up. That changes what the visit settles. Scale, ceiling height and material quality are the three things a screen flattens, and the 4.70m living and dining ceiling in an eighteenth-storey unit is not something a 360 tour conveys.
More usefully, a completed building answers the question the aerial tour cannot. The aerial is one fixed point outside the blocks, so it cannot show what a particular home faces, how much light a given level gets or where the outlook opens up above the landed enclave. Standing in the unit does. Arrive with a unit number or a shortlist and the sales team can work through the options against the stacking chart and the site plan. Viewing is daily from 10am to 7pm by appointment; arrange a viewing and the team will confirm the time and which units are available to see.
